2nd edition: Printed Interior Decoration conference

5 – 6 June in Düsseldorf

With digital inkjet printing, the solutions to print on different materials such as glass, textile, plastics and ceramics open new worlds of creative design. There are no limits. During the Printed Interior Decoration conference, all aspects of printing on different materials will be handled with all their own specifications and applications.

Printed Interior Decoration (PID) will discuss topics ranging from substrates, workflow and pre-press, through printing systems, inks and finishing, to regulations and case studies, not only from suppliers but all involved in the creative process, including designers and print service providers. PID informs participants about the latest printing technologies for home textiles, wallpapers, laminated floorings, wooden panels, carpets, building and mobile interiors.

A total of 18 presentations will take place on the main track and additional 10 talks will be held at the parallel creative track, including high-level technical, academic and inspirational lectures. There will be a networking arena of 25 tabletop stands for everyone to meet: printers, decorators, designers and brand owners. Printed Interior Decoration conference is organised by ESMA in cooperation with 3T Inkjet Textile Consulting and enjoys media support from “Specialist Printing Worldwide”, “IDtex” and “MD” magazines.

Printed Interior Decoration Lectures at Heimtextil 2019
For the first time, there will be lectures under the heading ‘Printed Interior Decoration Lectures’ at Heimtextil 2019. In cooperation with ESMA (European Specialist Printing Manufacturers Association) and Thomas Pötz, an internationally recognised expert and experienced strategy consultant, interior designers and contract planners will have the opportunity to discuss the latest technologies and ways of customising wall and floor coverings and decorative fabrics in accordance with individual creative designs in the area of Interior.Architecture.Hospitality. At the Printed Interior Decoration Lectures, contract-business specialists have the chance to make contact with important companies from this sector.
