Italian textiles score points in the premium segment

Today, we’re introducing Heimtextil exhibitors to you, who have their production base there, and whose upholstery and decorative fabrics, curtains, jacquard materials, bed linen and tablecloths are in demand worldwide. This is a brief insight into a sector on the up, that lives up to the outstanding reputation of Italian textiles again and again, because of its consistent quality and innovative potential.

Founded in 1950, Sirio Tendaggi is a market leader with its woven and flame-retardant curtain materials and decorative fabrics. The Milan company’s collections compete on a high level with the best international manufacturers in this field. At Heimtextil, Sirio Tendaggi with be showcasing a collection of high-quality fabrics, designed in their own atelier, on stand B24 in Hall 4.0. The presentation will include fresh concepts and new products, such as exclusive wool SHEERS, brand new linens as well as innovative Trevira Cs and fire resistant FR fabrics.

Sirio Tendaggi aims to appeal both to trade visitors in interior design, which is oriented to end customers, and to experts in contract business – with a high-quality Italian product range based on a sophisticated artisanal manufacturing tradition.

105 years of experience make Manifattura Tessile di Nole one of the most renowned manufacturers of upholstery and decorative fabrics in the world. All of their products are manufactured entirely in their factory in Nole, near Turin. Each design and type of fabric takes shape there, starting with the creative work in the studio, then the weaving, dying, finishing, quality inspection and dispatch to high-end international customers.

Production building Manifattura Tessile di Nole

Manifattura Tessile di Nole will showcase their finest selection of velvet, jacquard and upholstery fabrics at Heimtextil 2019. The Italian company will present products of the highest quality, which is due to their experience and knowledge, handed down from generation to generation. In the historic 30,000 sq.m. building in Nole, the secret of a craft that’s rich in tradition is combined with technically innovative manufacturing processes. Feel the tradition, discover innovative fabric qualities: on their Heimtextil stand, C55 in Hall 4.0, Manifattura Tessile di Nole aims to create an atmosphere which will make visitors feel they are standing right in the heart of the enchanted world of fabrics, in their awe-inspiring production building in Nole.

Tessitura Toscana Telerie in Florence has been manufacturing beautiful table linen since 1947. They will be presenting a large range of fabrics for table and bed linen, printed linen and cotton, on a 100 sq.m. stand at Heimtextil in Frankfurt. Their new collection will showcase cotton throws and blankets from 100% printed cotton under the ‘T & LINUS’ name, made in a particularly decorative and soft fabric.

In addition to this, Tessitura Toscana Telerie offers customers the opportunity to adapt fabrics individually. “Every customer has his or her own taste, each collection has a different style. Owing to our experience and enthusiasm, and our ability to listen, we know how to develop and combine, in order to create an original, first-class product”, Enrico Cencetti, Marketing and Communications Director at Tessitura Toscana Telerie explains. At Heimtextil, you’ll find the company, which is known across the world for its wonderful printed designs, on stand D18 in Hall 12.0.
