Rahmig & Partner: striking!
“Come in”, said Edouard Ananijev, CEO of Rahmig & Partner, inviting us to visit the embroidery company’s exhibition stand, which is the work of Dutch designer Marty Lamers. And, in actual fact, you enter this stand just like you would go into a room. The re-launch of the old-established company has been more than successful under the new management. Thus, Rahmig & Partner has cast a traditional handicraft in a new light and is showing all that can be achieved in the whole house using embroidered products.Under the motto, ‘Let’s STICK together’ (a pun on the German word for to embroider, ‘sticken’), the company has embroidered everything you can image, including the wallpaper and carpeting. Which shows perfectly that this technique is ideal for use on materials such as paper, felt, leather and fabrics of all kind.
Rahmig & Partner is one of Europe’s most modern embroidery companies and combines traditional embroidery skills with technological precision. Using a broad spectrum of machines at its Ellefeld factory, the company embroiders articles in any width and length using yarns of all kind (up to three thread systems) on a variety of materials. All products are made exactly to specification thanks to manual and computer-aided cutting and sewing systems.
The versatility of Rahmig & Partner offers a new design dimension for textiles destined for use in hotels, restaurants, offices or means of transport – especially when it comes to fire-resistant textiles. Examples of the company’s products are to be seen, inter alia, in the suites of the ‘AIDAblu’ and ‘Oasis Of The Seas’ cruise liners.
During the fair, examples of Rahming & Partner’s products can be seen in Hall 3.0, Stand B90.
