Heimtextil Blog der Messe Frankfurt

The Heimtextil blog has been given a facelift, moving away from the usual framework to an open and reduced design with a focus on photos, videos and texts. The reworked blog is great on mobile devices: it impresses with its clear structure and integrates social media content. The Frankfurt city tips are a new feature for your perfect stay during Heimtextil.

There’s no longer a textile background, but instead more white space, and the Heimtextil blog has its own logo: these may be the changes that you as readers notice first. The header area is less busy now, because we have dispensed with a slider – the latest post is prominently displayed at the top. Above that, with an understated greyed look, you’ll find the links to the Heimtextil trade fair: Messe Frankfurt as organisers of the fair, the Heimtextil website, and redirects to all the fair’s social media channels. The authors of the blog are available here with just one click, as well as the login screen for a blog subscription. The search field makes it possible to search quite specifically for topics of personal interest.

You can access the theme world of the Heimtextil blog directly under the blog logo. This continues to cover a wide range of topics, providing news and interesting information from the home and contract textiles sector, subdivided into the categories of products & markets, hotels & architecture, trends, sleep, newcomers & talents, sustainability and – a new feature – Frankfurt city tips for those special moments after the close of the fair.

If you scroll down, after the three latest articles you come to the Instagram feed with the Heimtextil posts in real time. A further visually separate box offers the opportunity to enter an email address in order to receive information about new posts. A new feature is that the notification emails now show a passage of text and the photo of the post, which will encourage you to read on.

The Heimtextil team hopes you have a lot of fun with our new blog!
